Accessibility
Last updated: 08.11.2026
We want everyone to be able to use Datastore, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities. The site is built to the international WCAG 2.1 AA standard.
What we have done
- Keyboard: everything (search, menus, cart, checkout) works without a mouse. The first Tab press shows a "Skip to content" link, the focused element is always highlighted, and Esc closes menus.
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack): proper heading structure and page regions, named buttons and fields, described images. Form errors are announced at once and the fields with errors are marked.
- Zoom: pages can be enlarged to 200% and more without losing content; pinch-zoom on phones is not blocked.
- Readability: text contrast meets level AA, and links in text are underlined, not shown by colour alone.
- Motion: with "reduce motion" turned on in your device, animations are switched off. The site has no time limits.
- Language: the site is available in Armenian, Russian and English.
How we check
The main pages (home, catalogue, product, search, cart, checkout, registration, quote request) are checked regularly with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) at desktop and phone sizes, and by keyboard.
Known limitations
- Some manufacturer photos and PDF documents contain text as images. The main product specifications are also on the page as text.
- We do not claim the site is perfect. If something does not work for you, please tell us.
Help and feedback
If the site is hard to use, call +374 43 333 376: we will help you choose, take your order by phone and deliver it. You can report an accessibility problem on the same number or through the contacts page; tell us the page and the problem and we will fix it as soon as we can.
