1. Who processes your data

datastore.am is owned by DATANET LLC (TIN 00487026, registered address: 2 Vardashen, Yerevan, Armenia, business address: 27/3 Rubinyants St, Yerevan, Armenia). The company processes your personal data under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data".

2. What data we collect

  • When you order: name, phone number, email (if given), delivery address, comment, and for company purchases the company name, TIN and registered address.
  • When you register: name, phone number, email, password (stored only in encrypted form), saved addresses and favourite products.
  • When you use the site: necessary cookies (session, cart, language) and, with your consent, analytics data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location). See the cookies page.

We do not collect bank card data: there is no online payment on the site.

3. Why

  • to confirm your order, prepare and deliver it, and keep in touch with you,
  • for warranty service and returns,
  • to meet accounting and tax obligations,
  • to run your account, order history and password recovery,
  • with your consent, to analyse and improve the site.

We do not send advertising messages without your separate consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It may only be shared with:

  • the delivery service, as far as delivery requires,
  • our technical providers: hosting (the server may be located outside Armenia), email, order notifications to staff,
  • with your consent, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), whose servers are outside Armenia,
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide warranty service and meet accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account, except data we must keep by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and complain about unlawful processing, including to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia. 7. Security

The site works over HTTPS only, passwords are stored encrypted, access to data is limited to staff, and database backups are kept protected.
