1. The seller

These terms govern ordering and buying products on datastore.am. By placing an order you accept them. Anything not covered here is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".

2. Orders

An order is placed on the site with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. After the order our specialist calls you to confirm availability, price, delivery cost and time. The contract is concluded once this is confirmed.

Product statuses mean: "In stock" — the product is in our warehouse; "Pre-order" or "On order" — it will be brought in after your order; "Check availability" — a specialist will confirm availability. If a product is no longer available or the price has changed, we will tell you before delivery and you may cancel without paying anything.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Armenian drams. The delivery cost is given in advance and is not included in the price. You can pay in cash or by bank card on receipt, or by bank transfer (companies — against an invoice). There is no online payment on the site.

4. Delivery

Delivery and pick-up terms are on the Delivery & payment page. Please check the product and its packaging on receipt.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may withdraw from a distance (online) purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in the manner and with the exceptions set by law. To do so, call or write to us. The product is returned complete, in good condition and in its packaging, with the proof of purchase. We refund within the period set by law, as a rule by the same method you paid with.

6. Warranty

The warranty period is shown on each product page. Details are on the Warranty & returns page.

7. Personal data

The data needed for your order is processed under our privacy policy.

8. Disputes

We first try to settle disputes by negotiation. Failing agreement, they are resolved as provided by Armenian law, including by courts or out-of-court bodies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
